Our scallops come from Nantucketers, we dredge for them, we shuck them and we ship them direct to you via Fedex. This ensures the least amount of hands touching the product, and creates the best farm to table experience possible.

Our facility is located less than 2 miles away from Nantucket Harbor, and only another 2 miles to Nantucket Airport (ACK) where we ship our scallops directly to you. Roughly twice the size of the average bay scallop (30 to 40 vs. 60 to 100 per pound) and half the size of larger sea scallops, this shellfish offers the perfect combination of texture and sweetness, so much so that many fans eat them raw right out of the shells.
